In a learning-centered classroom, collaboration is a must. However, moments of student collaboration can quickly become off-task or feel lackluster and forced. By building students' social-emotional skills, teachers can create collaborative moments that focus on each student's individual needs, advance course objectives, and create a safe, fun classroom environment. Teachers will participate in collaborative moments to learn and name strategies to transfer to their classrooms.
